Spiritual direction is an offering of a sacred, safe space to listen  openly, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to the voice and movement of God in your life.  It’s a time of growing deeper in your heart-relationship with God. 

Spiritual direction is an offering of an unhurried, peaceful hour where we explore together how God is present and active with you at this particular time in your story. 

Spiritual direction invites the leading of the Holy Spirit as the true Spiritual Director.
